National Grid - Worst Company Ever

It must be a cruel joke that thwir motto is, "Here with you, here for you. " you have to be kidding me?! Worst customer servuce ever and downright rude. Going on 2 days without power and still no answers. Linemen raking the OT and apparently waiting for the scary winds to subside. Stoo blowing smoke up people's arses!!

National Grid - Terrible communication

Trying to get power outage details for 17 hours. Website says 'assessing" for 17 hours. That is not information. Lots of power out tell the truth. If you arent even looking at areas yet say that. At least that is real information. Everyone knows its an emergency. We just want HONEST updates
