National Grid - INCORRECT CHARGES FOR COMMERCIAL RATE AND WE ARE RESIDENTIAL ONLY ONE METER AND ONE GAS STOVE
We move to the house previously have old meter that not use in November 30, 2018. National Grid charge small 3 bedroom house with COMMERCIAL RATE AND REQUEST FOR DEPOSIT $410.00 PLUS THE MONTH OF December of $199.00 Total charge $610.00 We contact many times for investigate and will adjust the rate. Until now we cannot afford to pay utilities bills with our income less than $20,00.00 a year. We file complaint and no answer. We wanted to pay utilities bill with reasonable and fair price but, we cannot afford to pay and do not want to have bad credit. Please advise how we can adjust to RESIDENTIAL RATE? THANK YOU.

Turned off my electricity the day after the due date which i paid for and then called and couldnt get it turned back on until the next like seriously? Then the service rep at first said he couldnt look up to see if we paid or not then i called back and all of a sudden the lady said she could find it like wtf people!! Lazy much?
