They don't have any person to maintain well their website. Their website takes hours to open. Such a *** website I have ever seen. It really sucks. Being such a large scale consumer utility company, they should be able to deal with these major problems. Every company takes care of this thing, But, this company sucks.

I have never seen such a worst website ever. Either their website cannot handle multiple user logins to the same site or they gotta maintain a lot if other issues. It really matters. I am trying to see my bills online since hours and their website wouldn't open.

Any other sites open.

Monetary Loss: $200.

Cannot link another account to my profile. Cannot update my contact phone number (the one on file is not active anymore). The National Grid website is very bad designed.

National Grid is shameful! Get a webmaster!

Let me pay my bill stress free.

It's bad enough that I get increasingly higher bills each month I cannot calculate. At least let me surrender to the extortion on time.

I tried paying the bill online with both Chrome and Edge. Same results as pissed customer.

I get to a blank page and can go no further. Only backwards. I then tried to pay online, only to be asked for the account number. I DON'T GET A PAPER BILL, THEREFORE I DON'T READILY HAVE THE NUMBER!!!!

I then tried Internet Explorer. LUCKILY that worked. Come on now.

You can do better than this. Hire a professional web designer.

I concur. Both on Chrome and on Edge can't load screens, blank page. I had luck once on IE but that's dust.I'm furious!

Oct 12, 2021 Totally agree. And they blamed it on Chrome and Edge.

Promised a new one "in a few weeks." Meanwhile, tried it with IE (which they claimed it would work). Um, no. Totally broken and worse than it has ever been. National Grid: ultra high bills, oodles of profits, customer service-nil, a browser that is broken.

I say they should be broken up and nationalized and run for the good of the people they serve and not for their CEO who makes hundreds of millions and their stockholders. They really do suck.

i am waiting forever try to see my bill and trying to pay too. I just can't get in.

Their site SUCKS never opens, cannot find what looking for, billing is horrendous, continually wants paperless bill no way!!!! bill take 5 to 7 days after bill date to arrive in mail and they constantly want late fees!! if there sucky website worked they would get their money faster.!!!!!

Web site for payment is always ***

Ditto!!!!!

I agree - their gas website is clunky, poorly designed and hangs up half of the time. I just want to get the balance due. It shouldn't take multiple efforts just to pay their inflated prices.

Their website takes way to long. I tried to make an address change, but wasn't able to get pass the modify account.

There is no submit button when you select to make changes. I also tried to stop payment because I accidently made a double payment.

I couldn't find anywhere on the site that would allow you to stop payment. Come on National grid update your software or get someone in there that know what their doing.

My bill was doubled by them even though I used less because my store was closed !!!!! I never used that much electricity in any month of any year !!!!!

Thanks for the compassion !!!!! 4/11/2020

This is what happens when you have a monopoly and the government is involved.
